We are proficient at modular construction, accommodation upgrades, reflagging projects and custom design and build projects for commercial and US Navy vessels. Técnico manufactures assemblies on a build-to-print basis, adhering to all configuration documentation provided by the customer for structural fabrication and assembly of modular units, while adhering to requirements of MIL-STD-1689, MIL-STD-271, MIL-STD-248C, Ship Specifications, and ANSI Z540.1.

In cooperation with Ingalls Shipbuilding, a Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, Técnico fabricated, assembled into units, and accomplished barge loadout and transportation of three (3) platforms and twenty (20) Aluminum Superstructure Units for USS America (LHA 6), eighteen (18) Aluminum Superstructure Units and three (3) platforms for USS Tripoli (LHA 7), and thirty-one (31) steel modules for USS Arlington (LPD 24).

Each of these units, fabricated at our Mobile, Alabama facility and meeting strict and demanding specifications, was delivered to the customer on time and within budget.
